Dr. Mark Citro,
BHk, D.C.

Dr. Mark Citro attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic 2006.  Prior to obtaining his chiropractic degree, Dr. Citro graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours).  Following Chiropractic College Dr. Citro attained certification in Clinical Acupuncture at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and was also previously certified as a personal trainer.  In addition to more traditional Chiropractic treatments, Dr. Citro utilizes a variety of soft tissue therapies, modalities, exercise recommendations, and acupuncture treatments.  

Dr. Dwayne Hooper,
BSc, D.C.

Dr. Dwayne Hooper attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, where he attained his Doctor of Chiropractic 2005.  Prior to obtaining his chiropractic degree, Dr. Hooper graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. (Hon) with specialization in Biomedical Science.  Dr. Hooper believes in using a variety of treatment approaches to customize treatments on an individual patient basis.  In addition to more traditional Chiropractic treatments, Dr. Hooper incorporates more contemporary methods such as myofascial release and instrument augmented soft tissue mobilization.   

Angela Citro,

Angela Citro pursued her interest in Massage Therapy through her studies at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough, graduating in 2005.  She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and participates in continuing education for technique and assessment.  Angela provides a gentle hands on approach to Massage Therapy, incorporating a variety of pain relieving techniques, along with the benefits of therapeutic relaxation. 

Katelyn Lockwood
BPhEd, D.C.

Dr. Katelyn Lockwood received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2014. She previously completed her degree in Physical Education (Honours) at Brock University. Dr. Lockwood has worked as a therapist for the Brock University Varsity & Club Wrestling Team, the 2009 Canadian Jr. Women’s World Wrestling Team, and is the head therapist for the Metro Toronto Wildcats Football League. Dr. Lockwood has a special interest in athlete care and head injuries, and works with, educating both colleagues and the general population. Dr. Lockwood is committed to all of your health care & wellness needs. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your health care goals!

Dr. Lockwood was also a contributing author and editor for the book:

“Concussed!: Sport-related Head Injuries: Prevention, Coping And Real Stories” released in 2012.

Connie Blackwell
Office Administrator

Connie has over 35 years of customer service and management experience supporting corporate and international accounts for Bell Canada.   Connie and her husband raised their family in Toronto living in the heart of the Beach community for many years.   With her husband’s strong family connections to Lindsay dating back to 1827 as one of the founding families of the community, they decided to re-purchase the original Connolly family farm and took up residence on the property several years later. 

Connie has been an active volunteer with St John Ambulance and is a Child Certified Therapy Dog Handler.  She has enjoyed participating in the very popular “Read to the Dog” program at the Lindsay and Little Britain libraries where her Samoyed Jack would steal the show and melt children’s hearts.  Connie is looking forward to meeting and interacting with Equilibrium’s extensive patient base and fulfilling a long time dream of working in a health and wellness setting.    


Roberta Poole
Office Administrator

Roberta has over 30 years of work experience in various aspects of office administration.  She enjoys working with the public and getting to know people.
She was born and raised in Newfoundland, has lived all over the country and
moved to Lindsay in the fall of 2014 to be closer to her family.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two grandsons and family, travelling, exploring Lindsay, walking, camping, cooking and baking.
